July 15, 2017:
- July 15th: Special Member’s Meeting occurred at the request of Pine Mountain Members who were determined to remove the non-functioning board and elect a new Interim Board of Directors. Facts:
- 65 Members were in attendance, a quorum was met and exceeded.
- 44 Proxies were received, 12 proxies could not be used
- 51% was required to remove the non-functioning board – received 63%
- Note: 1 vote No from a member in good standing and 1 vote No from a member not in good standing
- Election to vote new Interim Board. The number of votes required: 42 for each person.
