Pine Mountain News is now a combination of both the old “Pine Mountain NC” website and the Members site “Pine Mountain News.” As with all websites – they are actually a liquid billboard of information, enabling a fluid of instant changes directed towards its readers.
A new section is being created and built upon, as needed, called “Did You Know” that will be bringing insight to the governing documents of Pine Mountain Property Owners Association, Inc. You will be able to find this section under the “About” menu tab. This area will not be password protected because the information that is and will be provided is open knowledge and should be provided or read by any and all real estate agents, prospective property owners, and all current property owners of Pine Mountain POA, Inc.
Pine Mountain POA, NC Facebook Group allows Pine Mountain members an opportunity to have direct communication concerning their interests, pictures, animal sightings, announcements, invitations, imminent weather warnings, and more that may have a direct impact on our community. Our Facebook group has been set up for property owners only. To join, one must answer questions to be approved. PMPOA Members can find information on Board decisions (minutes & financial reports), gate codes, community phone directory, a listing of contractors that will service our area, and more on our secure Members page.

FYI: The original Pine Mountain NC website and this one, Pine Mountain News, were both created due to the lack of information found on the internet about our fine community. These websites were not approved by, sanctioned by, paid for or requested by any board of directors since their first creation. In the past few months, a new ‘board certified’ website, pinemountainpoa.org has popped up that provides a limited information for both public viewing and members who are current in their payments.
